Polls show that people say it is stressful to discuss politics.
There are ways to discuss sensitive topics such as politics,  racism, religion, gun control, abortion, or the environment.

COVID-19 will pass and hopefully, with not substantially more loss of life. November elections are coming! They are critically important and will impact everyone’s children and grandchildren for many years to come.

MY PHILOSOPHY

First & foremost: I am a person, not a political party

I do not think is it good for politicians of either party to lie or mis-represent the truth on a regular basis.

I do not believe we are living in a post-fact world even though there is a ‘weaponization of social media’ and ‘bots’ and ‘botnets’.

I want to make election decisions that are fact-based rather than emotion based.
- Trump: 69% of his fact-checked statements are mostly false, false, or 'pants-on-fire' lies
- Obama: 23% of his fact-checked statements are mostly false, false or'pants-on-fire' lies

I try to educate myself by using sources that show minimal bias, use very few loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes), that are factual and usually sourced.
